Moulding a fibreglass door frame.
This is a custom moulded door frame. A wooden plug was made and a simple mould taken off it.
The mould was long enough to make all the pieces needed in 3 layups. These pieces were mitred to length and fibreglassed together in the corners. To hide the joins the interior corners were finished with gelcoat and the top corners sprayed.
