Moulding a Hair Salon Sink

I was given a mould that a client tried to make themselves. It really wasn't built correctly at all. They wanted an item made from it. I had to cover the mould in gel coat and polish it. The gelcoat would give the correct surface to mould from.

The finished item was made and it came off the mould easily and it looked good.
