Moulding New Fan Blades components

An engineering company needed new fan blades but couldn't find anywhere to buy them so they asked me to mould them.

They sent me an old fan blade which I cleaned up as good as possible and then i made a mould of it.

The newly made fan blades came out good and the client was happy.

Unfortunately when they were shipped to the client the courier company lost them so I had to make another batch of blades. We used a different courier this time and they reached their destination. I never found out if the first batch of fan blades actually ever arrived at their destination.
