Fibreglass Production Item for Associated Gaskets.

An item was provided to make a mould of. Once the mould was built a number of items were made from it in a production run.

The original item was in bad condition. It had been painted and was damaged. The paint was stripped off and the damaged sections were repaired. It was then wet and dried and polished to a high gloss finish. Flanges were fitted to the item so a split mould could be made.
