Fibreglass moulding of a Motorcycle Fairing.

An order was placed for a number of moulded fibreglass motorcycle fairings.

The original item had been structurally modified. It was originally painted and the alterations needed to be strengthened and faired to an even surface. The original paint was stripped off and the surface bogged and faired. It was then wet and dried and polished to a high gloss finish. Flanges were fitted to the item so a split mould could be made.
